GAMEDAY 2012

After a great nights sleep it was morning which meant GAMEDAY!! Now in the Hardy home I just have to say that when it is a GAMEDAY that means something it's something exciting, something to talk about!

Lil H had a good nights rest with his LUCKY monkey as he called it.....guess we'll see

After both boys were up they assessed the weather of GAMEDAY

 While flipping through channels while Mom (me) got ready for the day (apparently I take a LONG time haha) Big H came across of highlight on ESPN about the AGGIES!!!!! It was pretty cool, they showed some highlights of the season and then showed a national poll of who sports fan across the country thought would win the Potato Bowl

Big H made an AWESOME poster for the game of HIS prediction of the game and through a little EPSN logo in also hoping to possibly be on TV

POTATO BOWL 2012-WHAT A SPUD!

Okay, so this is going to sound SO weird, but this oversized SPUD stole my heart! I really don't know what it was about it, but I was in LOVE! 

I am pretty sure he was looking for me!

TAILGATING-POTATO BOWL 2012

Since we arrived in Boise the night before the game this year, we were ready to take in the Bowl Game festivities and went TAILGATING that Friday night!! They had a battle of the school bands, which I dare say IF I were a Marching Band judge (which I am not, but it runs IN the blood) I would have to say that Toledos band WON......

 After the "march off" we went to the AGGIES PEP Rally! THAT was fun! The boys loved hearing from our former beloved Coach A, and the starters!

The bowl game was in December so the boys got a picture with the HUGE Christmas tree

And of course wherever the Aggie Football team is......Uncle Jeff will be there too!

After the tailgating fun, we went to a late night dinner :) 

(Lil H is not strangling Grandma, but he DID me her laugh pretty hard)

Going to BOISE!!!

So the Aggies won the WAC in football and earned a trip to the Famous Idaho Potato Bowl Game. We were pretty excited that it was close enough to drive. So we loaded the boys up and we were on our way!

 And for it being in December it looked like it was October or November on the drive to. It was fun having other Aggie fans pass us and honk do the Scotsman instead of waving. 

The drive was beautiful what can I say?!?! We of course stopped at a Gossners store and bought some "squeaky cheese" to snack on for the drive. (Didn't take pics in the store wasn't allowed)

The boys were so glad to reach the hotel! They think hotels are pretty fun to stay in. They were so tired from the long drive the first thing they did was take a brief rest on the suitcase cart.....yeah they just sat down....

THEN after their brief rest it was on to our hotel room. Which was on the 3rd floor so that means.........ELEVATOR riding!! And who doesn't love riding in an elevator?

2012 WAC CHAMPS!!

This year was a GREAT year to be an AGGIE fan! They went 6-0 in Conference play and ended up WAC CHAMPS! What a great way to wrap up your last year in the Conference! The boys were excited and rushed/went on the field after the game to enjoy the excitement!!

Big H's Baptism

Henry Grant Hardy was baptized on November 10th, 2012

He is such a lucky kid, he has such great family support in EVERYTHING he does! It was a great day. Grammanita gave a wonderful presentation on Baptism, and Grandpa Paul shared some nice thoughts and feeling on the Holy Ghost!

I still cannot believe my H is old enough to be baptized, isn't he such a HANDSOME boy!

HALLOWEEN

The boys were excited for Halloween this year, because they went to the store and got to choose their costume! And I am sure thoughts of candy overload and sugar highs went through their heads!

Big H was a NINJA!

Lil H was Super Why!

Kind of a funny little story, I had a doctors appointment on Halloween, and Lil H insisted on wearing his costume! He helped me make a great first impression at this new doctors office by telling EVERYONE he saw "Trick or Treat" smart kid though, he got candy from the receptionist, nurse, MA and even the Doctor (he said Trick or Treat to the doctor as soon as he opened the door)
