SEA WORLD-Seal show, turtles

Our last day at Sea World, we went to the Seal show.  It was so fun! Big H LOVED it and laughed pretty hard throughout the whole show. The boys also saw some turtles like "Crush" on Finding Nemo. They even played a cool turtle video game!

SEA WORLD-Shamu

What would a visit to Sea World be like, if you didn't see the one and 20th Shamu? Oh, I cannot even think about that............it would just be INCOMPLETE! So we went to the Shamu show and had a great time! It is amazing how a whale that heavy can fly threw the air and do a belly flop so gracefully.

SEA WORLD-sharks, dolphins

While at Sea World we also saw...... dun, dun!! dun, dun!! yep you guessed it the SHARKS! The boys thought it was pretty cool that they were so close to sharks. And the boys enjoyed the dolphin show. Big H was our GPS he would walk around with the map telling us where to go next. And we NEVER got lost! Really!

SESAME STREET PLAYLAND

-Sesame Street Playland-  we spent a lot of our first day at Sea World in the Sesame Street World. The boys loved it! They played so hard, rode rides, watched a movie in 4-D, and met some of their favorite Sesame Street characters.  I thought the 4-D movie was awesome! I really enjoyed watching Big H reach out and try to grab some of the characters or objects during the movie! That was pretty FUNNY!

More fun in San Diego

Big H and Grandpa would take a walk on the beach in the mornings and look for sea shells. They would also go feed the seagulls. Big H got quite the collection of shells by the time it was time to leave.
The beach house was a nice place to sit back and relax a little after a long day, or even play XBOX haha. We even ate breakfast on the roof. The boys had fun and here and there, Lil H will tell me he wants to go back to the beach house! lol Next year buddy, next year!

San Diego SUPER CHARGERS!

Both boys LOVE the NFL. Big H's favorite team varies depending on their record, but Lil H has always liked the Chargers. When you ask him why he likes the Chargers a likely response would be "They are blue and yellow my favorite colors!"
Lil H is a funny kid. A few weeks before our trip we had a conversation that went about like this:
ME- are you excited to go to California and San Diego?
LIL H- yes!
ME-Do you want to see Mickey Mouse?
Lil H-No....I want to see Philip Rivers and the San Diego Chargers!! lol
Well we couldn't meet up with Philip Rivers or any of the Chargers but we did take the boys to Quailcomm Stadium! And Lil H brought a furry little friend home with him! It was love at first sight.

The beach

The boys loved the beach and they went EVERY day. Both Big & Lil H were pretty excited to put their feet in the ocean for the FIRST time! Lil H was not sure what to think of the feeling of sand between his toes. lol

A quick stop in Las Vegas

On our way to San Diego we stopped in Vegas and enjoyed a delicious lunch at Aunt Sheris house! The boys loved her place. She had an awesome collection of Chevron Cars, a pool, palm trees, and quite a collection of "stray" golf balls from the course right next to her home. She even let Big H and Lil H choose a kite before we left!! It was a nice visit! So glad we stopped by. Thanks for being such great hostesses Sheri & Lyn we love you guys!
