Happy Birthday!!
Since my last post Henry also had his birthday. He is now 5 I cannot believe it. For his birthday our little fam went bowling. For his first bowling game he bowled a 98!!! Not bad huh? We bowled 2 games and Dad came out on top both games! He got lucky what can we say:) Henry is real anxious to go bowling again and his goal is to break 100. And I am sure he will. He was very spoiled and got so many great birthday presents. He had a great time. And told Derek and I when we went to get him out of the car near the end of the day "Ahh this is the life!":) So we are glad he had a good birthday:) Another exciting thing is Harrison is walking around ALL over the place on his own fun fun!! Also more exciting news that happened that week was Uncle Jeff received his mission call he will be serving in the Baltic Mission which covers Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. He will be leaving in January. And Henrys other uncle Landen will return in March. So here are pictures from Henrys birthday enjoy!! Until next time....
Utah State Aggies all the way!! Go Aggies Go Aggies!!
So it appears another month has passed since my last post. It has been a fun and eventful month! We went to our first home Aggie game against SUU and the Aggies won!! For an early birthday present Henry became a Junior Aggie:) He is so fun to watch during the game he gets so into it and cheers as loud as he can!! He is learning all of the Aggie chants and cheers. I cannot remember the score but I am sure that if you were to ask Henry he could tell you :) He keeps track of their record on the schedule in his room. It was fun we had the whole fam there, plus Grandmanita and Grandpa Wayne came. So here are some pics of the game it was a fun time shared by all! We also recently went to their second home game yesterday and it was as Henry would say " a tough loss to swallow as an Aggie fan". (It was) Harrison enjoys the games also. Henry ate almost a whole large popcorn on his own at the game. He is a machine when it comes to popcorn. We will keep you posted on the season:)

a few more pics
Here are a few more fun pictures. * Henry and Harrison walking. *Harrison (the victim) the tub (suspect). *Henry with some gummy teeth:) and the *big fluffy rabbit.
Little H is 1yrs old! Big H is tan!
Another month has passed, so I guess it is time for another blog! So over the past month, we have continued to have fun in the summer sun.
Big H- finally wrapped up swimming lessons at grandmas house he ended up with the 8 & 9 year olds. From all of the time in the sun he received a nice tan line!! He continues to read us bedtime stories every night. In his prayers he blesses uncle Landen in Florida and Uncle Roger and his family in Peru. He now includes that Jeff can get ready for his mission so he can leave and come back SOON! On the 21st of August we went down to Salt Lake and took the boys to Build A Bear. Henry chose his bear and Harrisons. When the bears were stuffed and stitched up it was time to choose their clothes. Henry chose a Utah Jazz uniform(no surprise huh?) and he named his bear Paul. Harrisons bear is in a football uniform. His name is Harris. Both of the boys love their bears. Henry continues to be a great big brother.
Little H- Happy birthday to you happy birthday to you....He is now 1 year old! Wow I must say that year went by a lot faster than the year being pregnant with him. He loved his birthday cake and dug right in. He has tried his first quesadilla and enjoyed it. He had his first "accident" and was a victim of the bathtub. He was leaning over the tub and fell head first into the tub, with his feet standing straight up in the air he received a nice goose egg on his head. He had his 1 year appointment, in weight he was in the 25th percentile, length 57%, now if you have ever seen "So I married an axe murderer" do you remember the line "Look at the size of that boys cranium, it's like an orange on a tooth pick." The reason I bring that up is the percentage that his head was in.. it was in the 93rd percentile. Okay so at least I thought that was funny.
Recently we had a visitor at our house, in the backyard for about 2 weeks there was a nice big fluffy rabbit. It was good looking for a rabbit, pretty colors I thought. We are not sure where it is at now, but it has not been seen for a few days now. That's really all that I can think of to write about for right now.
Derek and I- we had our 6th anniversary on Harrisons 1st birthday. Yeah:)

More pics
These pictures include Henry's race (look at the form) jumping across the finish line. Henry in the parade and just other fun pics:)
Another blog
- Wow, has it really been 3 weeks? Well a lot has happened since I last wrote. We are still having fun in the sun. What Big H has been up to:. -He can tread in the 8 foot by himself for 224 seconds (and he counts out loud while he treads)
- -He can do a "contact" dive (standing dive)
- -He was in a parade and sprayed people with a water gun
- -He WON the 4 year old boys race on the 24th (with great form) WAY TO GO!! -He continues to work on riding his bike and practices his sports
- -He has fun sleeping over at grandma and grandpa M's and he has his first hopefully not last sleepover at Julie and Bradys
- -He is HENRY Things I have learned from Henry and some fun Henryisms One day I asked him where his eyebrows were (they are sun bleached) He said," They disappear at 8 and they come back around 10" and they did :) *"I do, what I do!" *When I am at work I found out that "Dad watches TV, Harrison plays with cars, and Henry is all alone." (he wasn't)
- -was transformed from a baby to a boy (got his first haircut)
- -just doesn't quite have that "winning" instinct inside of him yet (he entered the 9-12 month crawling race on the 24th and just sat at the starting line)
- -can stand for 22 seconds by himself, and claps the whole time (Henry counts)
- -loves the swimming pool, HE dunks his head and face in the water looks up and repeats as desired :)
- -is a VERY fast crawler
- -has figured out how to climb out of his highchair (he thinks he is sooo clever)
- -thinks it is funny to bite people (might have to get him a rabies shot with his 1 year immunizations:)
- -likes to play with Henry
Well that is about it, Mom and Dad are still "doing what we do!" :) I will add a lot of pics because I know that, that is really the reason people look at blogs:) until next time....

More pics...
So here are some more pics: there is Lil H eating his first chocolate chip cookie yummy! Big H swimming in the deep end on his own, what a flutter kick!! Lil H in his front facing car seat, he loves it! The pic of the firework is for you Elder Hardy! And when you get back maybe, just maybe we can see who can do the best flip:) And the last pic.....sorry Jeff, just couldn't resist:)
Oh what do you do in the summer time???
Wow! Has it really been a month? Whoops! So man, I guess I have quite the chore infront of me to catch you up on what life with the boys has been like. We held our annual tradition of fireworks at grandpa and grandmas house on the 3rd. It was fun! BIG H has been swimming almost everyday at Grandma Virg's house :) He is enrolled in swimming lessons and is soooo comfortable in that pool, you could also consider him the smallest lifeguard you have ever seen. One of his favorite summer activities is jumping on his trampoline with the hose turned on underneath it. He remains faithful at practicing his football, basketball, and baseball. He has discovered that though, they are shriveled up little grapes, raisins are rather tasty. He is very close to riding his bike without training wheels. He loves to read stories to his little brother. He has been doing a lot of swimming, and swimming, and swimming I wouldn't be surprised if one morning he came walking out of his room and had "merman" legs like on the movie Splash! He continues to be a GREAT big bro to lil H. The other day he came walking into the living with his football pants on and said, "Mom are these kind of like "stretchy pants"?, as he did a little Jack Black pose:) Those of you who have Nacho Libre know what I am talking about.
Little H -well he is getting closer and closer to taking off and walking on his own each day. He now has 7 teeth, atleast that's how many teeth marks I counted on my shoulder the other day. He had his first chocolate chip cookie that other day and enjoyed it, we are in the process of weaning him off of formula and going to the "red" milk (vitamin D) mmmm. I am hoping it will fatten him up a little. He can now face forward in his carseat, and since moving him to his new car seat we have not had a quiet car ride he talks and talks. He is the cutest backseat driver you will ever see:) His favorite show is Sid the Science Kid that he makes SURE he is up for every morning by 7:00 AM EVERYDAY Big H joins him too!!! He loves the swimming pool and throws quite that "tissy" when other kids are in the water and he is not, but as soon as he get in the water "silence" happens :) He loves corn on the cob.
THINGS I HAVE LEARNED THIS PAST MONTH:
*Lil H is not afraid of anything while jumping on the trampoline one day he picked up a dried out worm atleast 3 inches and stuck that thing right in his mouth! Have you ever read 'how to eat fried worms'?? YUCK!!!
*When in Logan and when needing to use the bathroom Big H " will pee at stores but only poops at grandpa and grandmas house!" It is true!
*I am going to miss watching Jeff play football for the next 3 years! (went and watched his last "official game" in June)
*A car can get rather dusty and dirty when it just sits in your driveway (Big H washed it with his squirt gun though)
*Lil H just isn't too impressed by fireworks yet (on the 3rd he slept through most of the fireworks, he woke up for a few minutes, squinted his eyes, covered his ears with his hands and went right back to sleep)
Well I guess that's it!! Until next time :)
